Camping: This year, all reservations are made through Trial Vault in the “Extras” section, no need to fill out a separate form. When reserving a campsite, help us improve your stay by providing your vehicle type, preferred location and electrical hookup and water needs. We honor requests in the order received. Assignments
are made the Sunday before the Summer Celebration and will be sent to the email you provided with your entries.Your trial packet may include a permit to display on your windshield. The charge for RV camping is $ 45.00 per night or $ 90.00 for the trial weekend (Thursday p.m. through Monday a.m.). The tent and overnight vehicle
parking charge is $ 25.00 per night. Your stay includes access to shower and toilet facilities 24/7 as well as waste & trash disposal. Please pay camping fees with your Trial Vault entry.
Quality Inn

of 10 rooms. The double queen and king rates, at the group discount of 15%, are as follows: $ 95.97
plus taxes for Thurs, Aug 15th; $ 116.75 plus taxes for Fri, Aug 16th; and $ 116.32 plus taxes for Sat,
Aug 17th. The “add on” pet fee for the weekend stay is: 1 or 2 dogs, $25.00; over 2 up to 4 dogs,
$50.00. The last day to reserve a blocked room is August 1
st 2024. If reserving rooms outside of the
block there is a 10% discount if you have a military ID and for AARP members. Mention the
Midwest Jack Russell Terrier Club blocked rooms when making your reservations. This hotel is
about 35 minutes from the trial site.

ten rooms. Blocked room rates are good until July 15th. Block room rates are $129.00 per night,
plus, a dog fee of $25.00 per night/per dog. For rooms booked after July 15th the rate is $159.00
